Caradco Window Crank, 13-1/2

Question

Need help in determining which replacement part to order for the Caradco window operator shown in the photo. The gears on the operator slip while opening and closing. The ones that we have seem more complex than what I can find on your website. The arm is 13 1/2". Please advise. Thx.

Thanks for posting. The closest match we have is our 39-013 operator, though ours doesn't have that offset. I'm not sure if that will be a problem or not. Is that offset essential for the operator's installation?
