Caradco Zap Pak Replacement Part

The plastic slider which travels in the window jamb and attaches to the sash and the spring is broken so that the spring is no longer attached. You can see that the "hook" portion on the top of the slider is no longer attached to the body of the slider.

Is this part available from you or can you suggest a source?
