I purchased parts from SWISCO but found they were not the correct parts. I have attached a photo of mine hoping you could help me find the correct parts.

This is an older Caradco operator that is no longer made. Can you check the length of the arm? If it's 9-1/2", you can consider our 39-027E and 39-028E, along with the 39-114L handle.

Dave, Yes the arm is 9 1/2" long and the parts you are suggesting could work. Could I return my parts for those?
