Caradco window 31538A and 20755

A quick learner from Pennsylvania says:
The bolt in the picture enclosed is broken in the window Crank , do we need to change the whole crank mechanism or just this part?
If so, inform the part number for the bolt or the whole crank mechanism
Also let us know if there is a company that installs these cranks in Southampton, Pennsylvania.

Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid this corkscrew bore cannot be replaced or repaired. You will need a new operator. I'm just not sure what you have. Can you show me a picture of the complete operator out of the window?
A quick learner from Feasterville says:
Enclosed are the pictures
Let me know which one has to be replaced.
Thanks

Thank you! I'm afraid these new pictures only show the base, though. We need to see the whole operator out of the window. If you cannot remove it at this time, we would at least need you to open the window as far as it can go and show us a top-down picture of the whole thing.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks. Start with our 39-031 and 39-032. These may be what you need, but I would go over our dimensions to be sure. Another possibility would be our 39-155 and 39-156.
A quick learner from Feasterville says:
Hi
So the best way is to measure the crank.
Do you have someone to install it?

Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Yes, you should measure your crank to determine the best match.

We do not have installation or repair services, but you can likely do the project yourself. See the video below for instructions on how to replace this kind of operator.
