Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash in and out are fully visible. Thank you!

Thank you for resending the photos that didn't come through the first time. Once the worm gear detaches from the operator, it can't be repaired or replaced and means that it's time for a new operator.
