We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash in and out are fully visible. Thank you!

Thank you for resending the photos that didn't come through the first time. Once the worm gear detaches from the operator, it can't be repaired or replaced and means that it's time for a new operator.

Take a look at our 39-155 and 39-156 Caradco Window Cranks, which are stamped with 20755 shown in your photos. Review the dimensions on our product pages to confirm that they match up to yours. Thank you!
