Cardaco casement window hardware

A quick learner from Indianapolis says:
I am missing the handle and the post for the handle for a casement window. It appears to be Cardaco entry guard. Dual arm.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Once the worm gear has come out of your operator, you will need to replace the entire operator. Optimally, we'd like to see the arms that reach out to the moveable part of your window.  Compare your operator dimensions to our Entrygard Operators 39-031 and 39-032 and our Caradco Window Cranks, 39-155 and 39-156. Take note of the different lengths of the small arm. All of these operators can work with the 39-114L handle.
