Question

The Cardco window crank extension arm is bent.  The long arm is 12" to the angle.  The short arm is 5".

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell an exact match for this operator. We have the 39-013 operator but this has a different bearing compared to your old operator. If you were to use this, you would need a new track like the 39-507, 39-505, or 39-533. Note that the operator's arm is 13-1/2" long when measured from the gear's center to the roller's center so you'll want to do the same to confirm the length.

I wanted to add that it appears the operator has the sill cover built around it so if you change base styles using the 39-013, you would have to adapt the sill to accommodate it so this will be a project. We can't make any promises but take a look at the specifications for the parts mentioned and see what you think.

Note that the second arm in your illustration is part of the hinge, not the operator.
