Both casements (left and right) stopped working. Can you please advise on the proper set up?

Hello there, Vlad.

Start by taking a look at the 39-155 and 39-156 operators with a 3-13/16" link arm. We also sell the 39-031 and 39-032 which are similar but have a 4-7/16" link arm. Take a look at the specifications for each and see which one matches up with what you need.

Hello, thank you for providing this detail, I appreciate it. Could you please help me and assemble the set, including the cover, handle, and the bracket? I am confused as there are too many options on your website. My part# is WI1516.

I couldn't cross-reference your part number, I'm afraid. We're not able to assemble these parts for you, unfortunately, but the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle is very easy to install on the operator. As for the brackets, I recommend the 39-516 and 39-517.

Note, all of the parts I mentioned are sold separately.
