Casement Actuator - Order # 80888

I ordered part 39-031 to replace the actuator to my NORCO window. The actuator has two arms. The shorter arm on the original actuator measures approximately 3 7/8". The arm on part 39-031 measures about 4 1/2". Pictures are attached with a ruler.

The other arm on the actuator has the correct dimensions.

Do you have an actuator that will fit? Can I return the part that I ordered?
