I saw TRUTH 30744 as part of the hardware but there is no marking on this operator

Thanks for posting. Based on the style this might be our 39-253RB, but it also could be the 39-439B. The difference between these two operators lies with the appendage at the end of the straight arm. The video below goes into detail. In either case, for new handles and covers that work with either of these mechanisms, see the 39-452 or 39-376, depending on the style you prefer.
