One bottom hinge bracket left hand. Left hand is From the out side, hinges on the left.

Hello! We don't have your exact hinge, but I believe that our 39-048 can be used as a substitute as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. Look it over and let me know what you think.
The operator is a little trickier. I don't think this is made anymore, either; most modern operators use a round wheel at the end of the arm rather than that square slider. You could potentially use our 39-027E as a replacement, but you may also need a new 39-533 track to accommodate the newer style wheel. Would you be able to install this track on the face of your sash?
