Help. I purchased an older home and one window has both casement sash locks with broken white plastic inserts. I don't even know what they're called. Any chance you guys can help. The lock has the Truth logo and the number 45189 with the number 5 below it. Thank you.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry the lock insert shown in your photo separately but it does resemble a piece of the 38-144 shown in the photo below. Take a look and compare the specifications shown on the 38-144 product page to your casement lock. Thanks for posting!

Thank you. I purchased two of the items you suggested and they were perfect. With winter coming I needed to get this fixed. Thanks for your help.
