Casement Operating Arm - Left and Right

A contractor from West Seneca, NY (Buffalo suburb) says:

A. Photos show a LEFT hand operator (I'll probably need a RIGHT hand, also).

B. Note the tip "glide" point on the arm is a "DISC'", not the more common rectangular "SHOE".

C. No other markings or identifiers on the window frame, glass, etc.

(really? couldn't stamp a Model# next to your company name on the underside?!!)

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Hey, Jeff. You have an older style Andersen operator which is no longer available. Take a look at our 39-365 to see if you could adapt this to your window. You could use an under-sash track like our 39-504 or the face mounted track  like our 39-520. I'm afraid I cannot guarantee that any of these will work, since yours is so old, but we do not have a better option.
