Looks like you might need either the 39-253RB or the 39-439B. The video below shows what the difference is.

I have Simonton casement Windows with Truth 31858 operators The bottom slide tracks that mount to the window sills are rusted away and I need replacements the parts you sent me wont work

Hello! Your operator appears to be the same general design as what's shown above from 2020, but the same details are missing. I recommend watching the video that Bob shared back then to determine exactly what style operator you need. The guides at the end of the arms are vital details, small though they may be. We can't make a recommendation without seeing them.
