Casement Window Hardware

Question

Hi! Hoping to identify the replace for this crank (need both right and left hand versions for two windows). The arm has the number 30382 on it. 358-1R is on the plate installed in the window. Both cranks are stripped and/or have broken teeth so need that crank/handle/arm assembly. Window hinges and installed plate is fine. Thank you!
