Hi - selling our house and the home inspector noted that 2 windows have cranks that no longer crank. We are moving in 3 weeks and the Buyer wants this fixed. I have attached some pics. Please help!

We'd be happy to help but we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

Hi! Have 2 different windows and will add pics of both. Will label window 1 or window 2 to differentiate.

Thanks for the additional pictures! This is a huge help. Start by taking a look at our 39-031 & 39-032 or the 39-155 & 39-156 operators. Carefully look over the dimensions and see which ones match up to your original assembly.
