Casement Window Operator

Question

Windows are from the 1990s from Kelly Window Systems in NY.  Arm appears to be 12 inches from tip until bend at attachement point.  Cover is not removable.  Attachment screws are outside the window frame.  Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The 39-013 reminds me of what you have here. We recommend you remove the operator's arm from the track to make sure it's the same as ours. Review the specifications and see if they match what you need to repair your window.
