Thanks for reaching out to us. I think we can help with this window, but I'll need more detailed photos of both the weatherstripping and operator before I can make a recommendation.

Starting with the weatherstripping, I will need you to remove an undamaged sample and show me a clear picture of its end profile. The video below will show you what I mean. I have to emphasize that the sample must be undamaged; if any part of it has deteriorated or broken away, we won't be able to get a match.

For the operator, I'd just like a clear picture of the base on the inside of the house, where the handle is. That part is a little obscured in your photo and I just want to be sure I get you the right part.
