It definitely sounds like you need a new operator, but I'm afraid I cannot make a recommendation based on these photos. These stickers don't really tell me anything about what operating hardware your window uses. In order to identify the best match, I'll need you to remove one of the old operators from the window in its entirety and show us a photo. Please make sure you show the whole mechanism in one shot, that way no details are obscured or cut off. 

I'm confident we can get you a good match since we carry an absolute ton of operators. 

Thank you! This is perfect, that's exactly what we needed to see. I recommend our 39-365. This has a more rounded base than your original, but that's just because it's a newer style. It should still be functionally the same. Look it over and let me know what you think.

You can reuse your old handle, or you can use the newer 39-205. We also sell the 39-366 operator, which is for the opposite side.
