Casement bay window lock

A quick learner from 11364 says:
Unable to unlock the bay window. Lock is broken in the lock position. Any ideas of unlocking it, short of using a dremel tool to cut the lock but window may still be in lock position? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Also need the window pivot bar. about 8 to 10 of them. Please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks for posting! For the casement window lock, start by looking at our 38-048R. Carefully go over our dimensions and photos to confirm that this is right. The most vital detail is the size and orientation of the locking fork, which is obscured in your photos.

As for the pivot bar, consider our 26-452 as a replacement.
