I have Crystal replacement windows in a property I own and I would like to return them to working order. The attached ZIP file contains pictures of the parts I require. I went to fold out this window this morning a discovered that the sash (I believe thats what it is called) is broken on the right side of the sliding window itself. Both sashes, top and bottom, have a problem with balances and what I think is the spring, or coil, that has popped out of its housing.
