window parts

Question

Hi I work in maintenance in apartments and i have multiple windows that wont stay in place and have broken parts. i have attached a photo with all parts that i need . thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-199, which uses the 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 coil springs. I suspect you'll need the S165, but we recommend measuring the width of the old spring band to confirm it's 3/8". You will also need to check the springs for a weight code.

As for the pivot bar, take a look at the 26-378 and 26-452. Review the specifications and see if one of the screw hole placements matches up with yours.
