Looking for this pivot pin. I've bought other ones from you but could not locate this style. Please advise

Couldn't find any names, numbers, or markings on any parts. Both pivot shoes are broken. Looked thru your catalog and couldn't find the replacement part. Could I use a different pivot shoe and balance to repair window? The window slot is 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" deep. I also need two new sash pivot bars ... (cont.)

I know that there a balance and a pivot, but I am having difficulty finding the details of it or where to buy one

I bought a couple of window parts to replace the broken ones. I have pictures of the broken part in a few areas. I have sent the photos of the broken part pivot. I have a couple of the 26-449 that I thought last time that they would work, they don't.

I have two double hung windows from IWC, installed in 2008. ALL of the pivot bars have broken. (The company went bankrupt and doesn't honor pre-bankruptcy warranties.) My busted pivot bars are 2.75" long, so it looks like I'd need either part #26-360 (2.5") or #26-415 (3"). There should be room ... (cont.)

my pivot bars that I am looking for are 2 1/2 inches long. They are tapered down at the very last 1/4 of an inch.. they are 5/16 of an inch wide down the body of it and 3/16 of an inch thick . The first hole from the top end of it, which I am referring to the T at the top is 1 3/16 of an inch to the ... (cont.)

I think the pivot bar is 26241 not sure which shoe cam it is. It's for appleby double hung tilt in windows from 2005.

I found the pin goes from window to Pivot Locking Shoe, broken !! Is this something I can order from you guys?? Check the attached pictures please

My window will no longer stay up when we open it. The top window operates normally. I am not sure what parts I need. If the pics are not enough I can take the shoe out and look for a part number and measure it. The problem is this is a rental and Im not there at the moment.
