2-1/2" pivot bar

I went to fold out this window this morning a discovered that the sash (I believe thats what it is called) is broken on the right side of the sliding window itself. I believe I would need all the parts that would go on the slider and frame. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Paul ... (cont.)

Hi I work in maintenance in apartments and i have multiple windows that wont stay in place and have broken parts. i have attached a photo with all parts that i need . thank you!

Both sashes, top and bottom, have a problem with balances and what I think is the spring, or coil, that has popped out of its housing. Greetings!I hope you are able to see the length, shape, and "304A" stamped on the window pivot bar. I could not get the broken pieces out of the window to get the total length. The window only has one screw holding each bar in.Thank you.Matthew

Hi, I can't find this part that's around 2 1/4 inch I believe. It has a slight S bend where it comes out of the window. I found the other parts on here that it latches into. Lmk if you can help!!

Couldn't find any names, numbers, or markings on any parts. Both pivot shoes are broken. Looked thru your catalog and couldn't find the replacement part. Could I use a different pivot shoe and balance to repair window? The window slot is 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" deep. I also need two new sash pivot bars ... (cont.)

Balance bar for betterbilt window

I bought a couple of window parts to replace the broken ones. I have pictures of the broken part in a few areas. I have sent the photos of the broken part pivot. I have a couple of the 26-449 that I thought last time that they would work, they don't.

I have two double hung windows from IWC, installed in 2008. ALL of the pivot bars have broken. (The company went bankrupt and doesn't honor pre-bankruptcy warranties.) My busted pivot bars are 2.75" long, so it looks like I'd need either part #26-360 (2.5") or #26-415 (3"). There should be room ... (cont.)
