Tilt window hardware

Question

Couldn't find any names, numbers, or markings on any parts. Both pivot shoes are broken. Looked thru your catalog and couldn't find the replacement part. Could I use a different pivot shoe and balance to repair window? The window slot is 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" deep. I also need two new sash pivot bars P/C 26-452. Please could you help me

Hello there!

We don't sell an exact match for this pivot shoe but we have recommended the 15-177 as a substitute in the past. The Series 152 are the compatible coil springs. I can't make any promises but have a look at the specifications and see what you think.
