Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 26-378 pivot bar comes to mind. I wonder if this could be what you need. Review the specifications below and see if they match up with your old pivot bar.

The screw hols are at 1 3/8" and 2 3/8". The second on your picture shows at 2".

How about the 26-452? I'm just not sure if this would be compatible with your existing pivot shoe. May we see a photo of yours?

My apologies, what we'd like to see is a photo of the pivot shoe. It would be the part that accepts the pivot bar.
