Thanks for reaching out to us! Your balance shoe reminds me of our 15-269 LH Constant Force Balance Shoe, the opposite handed version is part 15-270. To confirm that these are the correct replacement for your balance assembly, carefully look over the dimensions below.
These constant force shoes are compatible with either the 1/2" Thick Series 160 Coil Balance or the 3/8" Thick Series 165 Coil Balance. To confirm which series you have, you'll need to confirm the thickness of your existing balance spring.
Once you've confirmed the series, you'll need to look for any stamps/marking on the metal coil. If there are no stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide that by the number of coils in the window. These methods will give your the spring strength you'll need to select from the list of coils.
We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing pivot bar but our 26-272, 26-378, or our 26-452 should work well to replace it. Take a look at each of their dimensions to determine which of these is the closest possible replacement.
