26-452 T Bar Pivot

I am having a hard time finding replacement pivot pins for a double hung window installed in 2015. Manufacturer: ViWintech. No response from the manufacturer and the installer has been no help. Thanks.

I need a Half a dozen Sash pins that engage the window Balances. The original window is the Lockheed Nucon DH. They are approx 3"long the end is T-shaped.

This is the off bottom of the window that slides into the cam in the track. This piece broke off and the remainder is in the window.
