Replacement parts help please

Question

Hello, I am trying to replace 4 pivot bars and 4 shoes for this tilt window. The parts I previously ordered are not correct. Can you help with just the picture I uploaded or do you need more information?
The parts I have out of the window are broken or the plastic crumbled. The parts still in the window are also broken but I need a vinyl spreader to get them out.

Hi there!

Start by taking a look at our 26-272, 26-360, 26-415 or 26-452. Carefully look over the dimensions for each and compare them to an undamaged pivot bar, if possible, to see if any match what you need. For your pivot shoe, do you have an undamaged version you can remove and show us? We'll also need you to write out its thickness and width.
