Broken Pivot Pins

Question

I am having a hard time finding replacement pivot pins for a double hung window installed in 2015.  Manufacturer:  ViWintech.  No response from the manufacturer and the installer has been no help.  Thanks.

See our 26-378 or 26-452 Pivot Bars to start. Look over the dimensions and see if you think either of these could replace your old pivot bar. Let me know what you find.
