Hey there!

I recommend our 39-253LB or 39-438B operators. One of these may be what you need depending on the guide used at the end of the operator's arm. The video below will go over that detail.

My customer has the 39-253LB.
My customers has a triangular metal pice at the end of the arm that attaches to the sash. Is this the piece and how does get replaced?
Their is also a bulb style weatherstripping that fits in a kerf. Do you sell that?

Yes, the 39-545 and 39-546 brackets appear to be what you have. These are just screwed to the sash. I can't be sure of the weatherstripping without seeing a photo of the end profile but the 58-053, 58-055, and 58-114 are bubble seals that install with a kerf.

Does the old bracket "pop" off and the new snap on?
I'll check the weatherstripping off of what you sent.

No, the brackets are screwed to the sash. You'll have to remove the screws to swap them out, but those screws can be reused.

Yes the bracket is screwed to the window but how does bracket to the crank arm come off? Just pop off when pulled?

That is correct! It should indeed just pop off.
