Casement gear stripped

A handy person from Portland Maine says:

I have Wright casement windows. One of them has a stripped worm gear. Everything else works fine. Can this be replaced? I believe that's all it needs. Hinge works fine, but this operator is stripped.

Also,, can I get replacement lock levers for these Wright windows. Thanks.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Once the gear worm that holds the handle is stripped, unfortunately, the entire operator needs to be replaced. It looks like our 39-387 could be a match for your operators. Review the dimensions and specifications on our product page to confirm.

We may be able to replace your lock as well but we'll need to see a photo of the part uninstalled to compare to our replacements. Thank you!
