Hi! There are no markings that I can find. The threads under the crank handle are stripped so when we try to crank to close the window we cannot get it fully closed.

I found some info. The operator is made by Truth and labeled 30744B.
i need the whole thing-the crank handle, stud bracket, operator, hinge. I think it's an Ellipse series dyad?

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. However, this kind of operator doesn't typically use a stud bracket. Can you show us a clearer shot of the operator's arm? We'd also like to see a photo of the hinge assembly.

Thank you kindly! Start by taking a look at the 39-014, 39-366, and 39-028E. We recommend you remove the operator's arm from the track to determine whether it has a nylon or a metal roller. Review the specifications and see what you think.
If you note any discrepancies, please let us know!
