Hello - could you please help me identify which opener I need order on your site.

Thanks for posting. I believe this might be the 39-155 Dual Arm Operator. The opposite-handed version is the 39-156. Just make sure the dimensions of the arms match what is shown below. Let me know if anything differs, in any way. For new covers and handles, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
