Casement operating arms

Question

These are truth operating arms on Norco windows. Both are for left hand casement outside looking in.I  measured one arm at 9 1/4 inches and the other at 9 1/2 inches. The worm gears for the cranks are really the problem here. The windows are from 1988 i believe. The one part # I  could find is on the operating arm and is #20755. Any help would be appreciated.

Carefully compare your operator dimensions to our Caradco Window Crank, 9-1/2", product code 39-155. Pay particular attention to the short arm dimensions. If you neeed new covers please see our Truth Operator Cover, 39-107. For a replacement handle please see our 39-114L.
