Thanks for writing in! The window operator you have here resembles either the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator or the 39-155 Caradco Window Crank. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to double check the dimensions shown on the diagrams below.

Keep in mind, you'll likely need to make modifications to install the operator since the base on your operator is smaller than our replacements.
