No. On arm is 07907, # on base is 7704 Section with gear is 4 1/2 ", straight arm section is 5 1/2"

You have an older style Wright operator which is no longer available. The problem with these Wright operators is that the main operator body and gear were all the same. What Wright would do would be to make these operators with different length link arms depending on the window manufacturer. Now that these operators are no longer manufactured, there's a situation.
My history lesson aside, take a look at our 39-316. The measurements are close to yours, but the link arm is installed above the gear arm instead of below, like on yours. I'm not sure this will be a problem for you. You will also need to purchase the 39-105 detach clip to connect it to your sash bracket. Another operator you can consider is our 39-172, which has an offset link arm. Again, I can't be sure if the offset will cause a problem during installation.
Finally, if all else fails, you could install the link arm from your old operator onto the new one. You would need to drill them out and then install it using our 62-014 rivet.
