Casement operator

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Before we recommend anything, can you show us a photo of the base of the operator from the interior of the house? 

It seems that your window operator might be missing the 39-105 detach clip. If you need to replace the operator, consider looking at the 39-171 and 39-315 operators. These models appear similar to yours, but there may be differences with the link arms. Your current link arm is attached at the top of the gear arm and is offset downward. 

Review both suggested operators to determine if either of their link arms would work for your window. I believe the 39-315, which has a straight arm, might be the best option. Alternatively, you can remove the link arm from your existing operator and rivet it to the new operator using the 62-014B rivet. Make sure to check all related hardware and any videos on the website to help you make your decision.
