Casement operator

Question

I cant find numbers or names on the actual casement but on the arms that open the window I found 31706.. the handyman crank will not close the window all the way... so... is the engagement operator the part I need? And where can I purchase it?

Thanks for reaching out! This window operator looks like it could be replaced with the either the 39-462 or 39-496 EntryGard Awning Operator. To confirm which of these might be the correct match, carefully look over their specifications on the website and compare them.
