EntryGard Awning Operator, 20-3/4"

The attached photos are for an operator on a Marvin window that a Truth motor broke -- the crank was broken out of its socket. It has two 8-inch arms, and appears to be EntryGard brand.

I cant find numbers or names on the actual casement but on the arms that open the window I found 31706.. the handyman crank will not close the window all the way... so... is the engagement operator the part I need? And where can I purchase it?

Bronze color if possible.

I don't see the right arm length in your current inventory. The rotating mechanism rolls out but will not roll the window in.

These photos are of a working casement window in my unit. I am using this window as a reference. Another identical window in the unit will not open because this sash-mounted track shoe / keeper is missing after glass replacement. The part I need is the metal sash track shoe that mounts to the bottom ... (cont.)
