39-496 EntryGard Awning Operator, 20-3/4"

The attached photos are for an operator on a Marvin window that a Truth motor broke -- the crank was broken out of its socket. It has two 8-inch arms, and appears to be EntryGard brand.

I cant find numbers or names on the actual casement but on the arms that open the window I found 31706.. the handyman crank will not close the window all the way... so... is the engagement operator the part I need? And where can I purchase it?

Bronze color if possible.

I don't see the right arm length in your current inventory. The rotating mechanism rolls out but will not roll the window in.

These photos are of a working casement window in my unit. I am using this window as a reference. Another identical window in the unit will not open because this sash-mounted track shoe / keeper is missing after glass replacement. Swisco previously helped me with another casement window part with my order# https://www.swisco.com/page-ords?Order_ID=2203953. That window is now working perfectly. The current problem window needs the operator replaced. I haven't been able to open it but I know that it is another "Truth" window ... (cont.)

These are pics of the window operator we discussed and pertains to a right swing casement window. Arm lengths are 8 inches each. Entry Gard # 40759. Double arm. Installed unit appeared to have to have 'end caps' Missing. The part that engages the slide mechanism

I have older Truth Series 11 operators (close to your 39.348 item) and would like to update them. It looks like the Encore operator will fit with new mounting holes and a new track.
