We believe you have an older version of the 39-462 or 39-496. These operators come in different sizes depending on the width of the window. These type of operators use the 36-078 shoe along with the 36-078C track. Check to see if you could use your existing slide shoe and track which you now have. Take a look at both operators along with the related hardware and videos.
