Casement operator

Question

Need hinge left operator from exterior. Bronze or dark bronze color. Truth entry gard dual arm egress type. Window is a 30+ year old wood casement, cannot identify manufacturer.
I am a Harvey windows & doors service technician and work on windows every day. Trying to help a friend that just bought a house built in early 1990's.
