Casement operator arm

A home owner from Hawaii says:
This is a replacement arm in a 52 year old custom wood casement window operator. The original operator is bronze, this replacement is cast metal. The window has an inside screen, so there is no "hold open" feature. If the window is left open, even partially, in the wind the movement strips the teeth from the arm.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

It's difficult to say what operator you need without seeing the actual base as well, but take a look at our 39-027E and 39-028E. Go over the dimensions and let me know if they match your old hardware.
