Thanks for reaching out to us, Jerry. I actually don't recognize this operator out of hand. It has a bit of a peculiar design and nothing in our inventory appears similar.
I'm going to shoot this over to my colleague Dave. He has a better eye for casement window operators than I do and he may be able to find something for you. In the meantime, any other information you can give us would be a huge help. Any stamps, markings, branding or manufacturer names, etc. could potentially be the clue we need to find the best match.

I do recognize this operator. I believe it's an Ashland brand part, which unfortunately we cannot supply. I'm not even sure it's still available. I would suggest taking a look at our 39-027E operator and 39-533 track. You've already done the hard work in removing the wood sill cover, so at this point's it's a matter of mounting the new style operator to the sill and the new track to the window. Let me know if you think this would be possible. Once that's done, you'd probably have to adapt the sill trim to fit the newer style base.
