Hello
When you turn window crank to close, it raises and top housing (cover) lifts up - window doesn't close - I cannot find any indication if manufacturer of window

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is an old GU operator that's no longer made. The 39-315 looks like a comparable option. I recommend you review our specifications and compare them with yours to see how they align. We also have a video below that will go over the replacement details.
