Hello,

We'd be happy to research a replacement for your operator but we will need to see the arms that move the window sash in and out to compare to our selection. If you open the window as far as it will go and take another photo, we should be able to point you in the right direction. Thank you!

It looks like you could have either our 39-253LB or 39-438B Encore operators, depending on the track slider attached to the end of the arm. Take a look at our video below to determine which replacement you need. Thank you!
