Question

The window was installed in 1998, not sure if the manufacturer was Patriot?
The label is from the window.
It still works, but has significant rust.

Thanks for posting. This straight arm operator might be either our 39-028E or 39-014. The difference is the length of that straight arm, so measure your old arm and let me know if either of these options match what you have.

It looks like the hinges in the window have all rusted and could use replacing. See if the 10" stainless steel 36-004-10 matches what you have in the window. Let me know what you find.
