I believe this is a Nine inch Arm 9 ( Center of Povot to center of Crank is 9/12 in)
Not sure two names listed "Weather shield handle" and "Truth" on crank arm /casting

Your exact model operator isn't made anymore, but you can use our 39-027E to replace it. We also sell the 39-028E, which is the opposite side, and the 39-205 handle.
