Casement window assembly

A home owner from savannah says:
These are photos of a working assembly. I have several assemblies that are rusted which causes the window to deform out of square when open and close incompletely. The lower post/hinge of one is rusted through.
Thank you
Mike

Hi Mike, thank you for posting,

For a new operator, please review the dimensions of the 39-031 and 39-032 or 39-155 and 39-156 operators to see how they compare to your original. The difference between the two is the length of the short link arm.

For the hinges, please review the style and dimensions of the 36-048 2-Bar hinge set. We also offer this style in a stainless steel version which is the 36-004-10.

Let me know if you have any questions!
