Prefer to replace the gear mechanism and handle only. The brand is truth, see the images for 2 different arm numbers.

Hi Nancy. I believe you're showing the 39-334 Dual-Arm Operator with the extra short link arm. Please compare to confirm. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
